  • Re-install field, rake and ridge tile back into place

Elastomeric Silicon Coating

  • Pressure wash and clean roof
  • Apply base coat of primer - APOC / Tropical
  • Install polyester mash around troubled areas as needed
  • Apply elastomeric silicon top coat - APOC / Tropical
  • Apply white mastic (plastic cement) after roof copating cures
