  • Remove existing paper and inspect wood deck - replace up to 10% at no charge
  • Install new synthetic underlayment UDL30 or equivalent / or 30 lbs paper upon request
  • Install new edge metal 2x2/ 3x3
  • Install new metal flashings around pipes, vents and valleys as needed
  • Re-install field, rake and ridge tile back into place
  • Haul away all debris
  • Additional charges: Permit fees, New tile to replace

Elastomeric Silicon Coating

  • Pressure wash and clean roof
  • Apply base coat of primer - APOC / Tropical
  • Install polyester mash around troubled areas as needed
  • Apply elastomeric silicon top coat - APOC / Tropical
  • Apply white mastic (plastic cement) after roof copating cures
  • 20 year warranty system
